Tariff
These rates are for the Royal Mile apartment – for the entire apartment, not per person – and include all taxes, bed-linen, towels, gas, electricity, heating and hot water. We are flexible on price beyond a week and last minute availability can sometimes be offered at a discounted price, as will longer bookings.
Our tariff is generally between £80 - £150 per night for the apartment, based around a preferred minimum stay of 3 – 7 nights. We will do less than 3 nights, especially if there are one or two nights left between bookings - please do enquire further. (The book on-line facility won't work for less than 3 days).

With regret, we are not taking new bookings for short-term self-catering for the Harland apartment. From approximately 4th January 2012, the Harland will be available, instead as a luxury apartment to rent, ideally on a 6 month a ssured tenancy - please contact Liz on the contact form, on this web-site if you'd like more details.
